I graduated from Dublin Business School with a first-class honours in BA (Hons) Psychology (PSI accredited) and am currently a PhD student at Ulster University. I work for OCD Ireland as a group facilitator and a research assistant for Dublin City University.

In my classes, I strive to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that promotes both theoretical understanding and practical application. The format of my lessons is a blend of traditional lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises. The content of my lessons covers a wide range of topics within the field of psychology, including but not limited to cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, and abnormal psychology. I also specialise in preparing students for their dissertations.
