An enthusiastic Graphic Design tutor with over 30 years experience in marketing, events and advertising agencies in London and abroad.
I have a Honours Degree in Graphic Design and several years of running design departments. I have worked with the best designers starting with Conran and Habitat and collaborating with the best of the best in a multitude of industries.
I have the aesthetic gift and a degree coupled with the experience of applying that knowledge to contemporary disciplines in the commercial world. I am enthusiastic and positive. My training in Leicester and London was the grounding for an empathy and interest in each and every project and student.
I specialise in typography, type and image layout, photography, digital assets, marketing graphics, brand identity, exhibition and events graphics, and social media.
While training younger designers in commercial settings, I always maintained an interest in what is new in art the design world, and in all environments where graphic design is key.
I work with Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Once we agree the objectives established, any necessary research is carried out and we will collaborate for practical execution, review of previous work, professional critique and hands on guidance.
