Parents/ Adults contact me in advance of the first lesson the topics which need work so I can prepare - we shall then go through, from scratch, all the theory relating to that topic before tackling some practice questions together. We shall then recap what we have learned and I am happy to set homework as well which I can mark. We will be using a teaching for mastery approach - that is to say I really want to try and teach why something is true not just the set method.
