Jake Kitchen

I have gained my knowledge and experience from completing a Music Production degree at the University of Chester.
During my time I helped manage a musical touring event around the city, released an industry standard EP recorded within a professional music studio, learnt how to use industry standard equipment as well as well known recording techniques, and have worked alongside people from many different industries within and outside of music.

I will be offering up the fullest extent of my knowledge, sharing my skills and helping you to create an industry standard musical project.

Hopefully after your time with me, you will be able to create projects of the same level by yourself and will be able to take the skills, knowledge and experience you have gained from this tuition forward to your personal projects or towards a future career.

My main aim is to interest more people into the creative field of music and to hopefully spark a lifelong passion.
Music is everywhere, yet the knowledge of how it’s made can be hard to come by. Music production is a very valuable skill, if that be used towards songs, film & TV, promotional videos, sound effects, live music recording, podcasts, online media, and so many more potential projects you could provide with the knowledge and skills I will be teaching.

I hope you enjoy the course and I hope if nothing else, that this at least sparks a passion for music and allows you to peruse further tutoring or education within the industry.
