My lessons are tailored according to the subject being taught and the students themselves. Having worked in advertising, exhibition design, teaching and tutoring, as well as running my own design company, I have a wide range of skills.

It is important to me that my tuition is interesting, informative and that the student gets a real sense of progress and accomplishment. Learning, I believe, should be a journey that is enlightening and exciting as well as being educational.

Grahic Design: layout and composition; logo design: formatting art work for print; book, flyer, leaflet design; branding and marketing; digital formatting; InDesign usage; Photoshop usage; digital retouching; design workflow and file formatting

Art and Illustration: Watercolour; pen and ink; oil pastels; chalk pastels; acrylics; mixed media; gelli plate and lino printing; general drawing practice; colour theory; composition; techniques in all media; mounting and presentation of work.
