I am a primary school teacher with 25 years experience. I have taught across the primary phases and have led mathematics across the whole school, a role which I throughly enjoyed. As a teacher in Reception and Key Stage 1 I gained many years experience teaching phonics and early reading skills through recognised programmes such as Read Write Ink and Sounds-Write. I have a thorough understanding of child devlelopment and always use my experience to tailor private lessons with a holistic approach to meet the needs of the child. I like to make my lessons engaging by keeping the lessons varied and using practical resources and other stimuli through-out.
