I develop individualised lesson plans that effectively address each student's academic needs and to reach their academic goals. During lessons, I utilise a variety of teaching tools, such as video lectures, virtual whiteboards and interactive quizzes, to enhance student engagement and learning. I also facilitate discussions to help students develop communication and problem-solving skills and motivate them to think critically and become independent learners. Outside of lesson time, I respond promptly to student inquiries, maintain record of student progress and provide feedback to parents on student performance. I also provide guidance on student assignments to help students develop strong study skills and time management.
