Having been involved in sports for over 14 years whether that be for fun or serious competition I know what it takes to achieve your goals and the determination people have when they set themselves goals and I’m here to help you achieve yours. I have played football for over 12 years and now play to a high standard keeping myself in shape is key. During my university course I have learnt numerous ways to coach people and will be able to adapt and accommodate you with the help and guidance and coach in a way tailored to help you. I have experience being a coach when I coached for a children’s soccer school and also helped with physical education lesson and sports days at a local primary school. I am knowledgeable within sports and also within nutrition and will be able to pass my knowledge onto you allowing you to train the best ways but also eat in ways which will aid your fitness journey. I have typically used a democratic coaching style as this allows the client to be more expressive with how they want to complete sessions but can switch coaching styles to be able to get the best out of sessions for everyone. I will be able to adapt and adjust sessions if there are problems or you feel you would want something new then don’t hesitate to ask as this is all about you and I want to help you achieve your fitness goals and will guide you throughout the process.
