I have a couple of years of experience teaching and around 6 months of experience professionally teaching Supplemental Instruction for hundreds of students taking Physics 2 at Baylor University. I have taken Physics in both high school and college and I have a proficient understanding of all of the concepts in algebra-based physics. I am also very well-versed in the ability to explain these concepts. I heavily rely on practice. Practice makes perfect, and I have learned through years of teaching that practice is the way to learn physics. I provide practice problems, and I will walk you through explanations with the goal that you will learn how to efficiently and effectively solve physics problems both mathematically and conceptually. Physics is difficult because it involves understanding concepts and applying them immediately. And every one of my previous students and peers can attest to the fact that I can flawlessly help you understand and enact these concepts in homework and exams. The dynamic of the lesson will be paced to the student. I am here to help you learn. I take pride and joy in seeing my students succeed, and I will go above and beyond to make sure that everyone I work with will walk away with a better understanding through examples, formulas, explanations, and whatever you need in order to learn more effectively. I have years of experience, and I enjoy teaching. I will make the content enjoyable, and digestible. If you give me your time, I will personally guarantee that you will learn physics!
