Hello!

My name is Jack, thank you for taking the time to take a quick look at my profile. I would love to chat to you about any of your interests and would love to help you improve your English!

I have lived in England my whole life where I have 2 university degrees in Education and Sports Education.

I have experience in teaching/ tutoring online as well as in person.

The main subjects that I have taught in person are English, Maths, History and Physical Education (PE).


I have tutored online for around 3 years now where I love to interact with the students and help them improve!


My main hobbies are socializing with friends, sports (especially football and F1), and I also work in construction in my full time job which I enjoy.


I have had experience speaking and coaching people around the world. My favourite places to coach were in the USA and also Italy, specifically Bologna.


My teaching style is suited to everyone!

As long as you feel comfortable during the sessions and are happy and enjoying them.

I can be laid back and have simple chats to build rapport with clients, I found this style worked best when I was working in mainstream and 'SEND' schools in the UK as well as when I am coaching in sport

I can also be formal and professional which works best in my day job in construction. Often in my day job I am in online meetings via teams with our clients or meetings in person presenting information about our projects. A little about me....

I grew up in County Durham in England, United Kingdom (UK) which is very close to Newcastle.

Because I was so close to Newcastle I love watching their football team who are in the premier league, Newcastle United.

I love all sports but my favourite is football, I enjoy playing it with my friends and teammates, watching it with friends and family and also coaching it.


I also enjoy watching motorsports like the F1.


One of my favourite things to do is travel, my favourite destination is Orlando Florida in the USA.

One of my goals is to travel to and watch an F1 race

Before my current job I was a teacher for around 5 years. In mainstream schools and SEND schools. I have taught in schools with pupils from ages 4-18 years old
