I am 26 and live in Derry / Londonderry. My highest qualification is BSc Biomedical Science 1st class honors with EDGE Excel from the University of Ulster. I worked as a classroom assistant for 2 years and now work in a chemical production lab. I have been tutoring science for a few years and I recently joined this platform. GCSE exams are the first formal exams for students and can be very daunting. My approach is to help with study skills as well as the science content. Knowing how to study and learn the work set by classroom teachers and I is key. This will help students achieve their target grades. These skills are transferable to other subjects and will be used throughout their academia and career.
