I am a private languages tutor with over 5 years experience. I started tutoring in 2019 and since then I have worked both for websites such as Preply, whilst also offering private language classes via Zoom.
Currently, I offer lessons for German, Spanish, Italian as well as English for those who have English as a second language.
In terms of qualifications I have a Bachelors Degree in Modern Languages: German, Spanish and Italian from Lancaster University (First Class) and I am currently working towards my Masters Degree in Translation Studies.

I like to tailor my classes to the students needs and desires. We can focus on grammar concepts, vocabulary acquisition or simply conversation practice / language exchanges.

I like to include fun topics and top tips into my classes so that my students get a real insight into the culture behind the language that they are studying!
Lessons with me typically range from 45 minutes to an hour depending on the students ability and usually i include a summary game or speed round at the end of the class to help the student recap on the words and/or concepts covered in that particular class.
I use a range of learning materials in my classes including PowerPoints, videos, games and homework in order to help my students meet their goals and enjoy the process of doing so.
