As an innovative teacher, I have created quality approved schemes of work, session plans, and delivery resources such as workbooks, power points, revision study packs required to support my learners in the classroom. I am keen to produce revision resources to help the learners to pass their Maths and English assessments successfully.

As an innovative teacher, I have created quality approved schemes of work, session plans, and delivery resources such as workbooks, power points, revision study packs required to support my learners in the classroom. I am keen to produce revision resources to help the learners to pass their Maths and English assessments successfully.

Reflecting on my teaching, I take opportunity to update, and differentiate to prepare resources that are learner-led. This also helped me to improve my teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes and adapt to changes made to the Maths and English curriculum. I am keen listener and ask feedback to alter the focus or pace of the lesson so that the learners can respond effectively to the teaching during lesson. This has helped improve participation and engagement of learners in the lesson.
