I like to have a chat with students about which areas they are looking to improve in. I also like to go through some questions in a relaxed environment and assess a student's ability in order to help plan further maths sessions. I use various maths exercises as well as practical demonstrations in order to teach students. I believe in carefully looking at the specification/ curriculum as that is what exam boards are looking for. I use lots of past papers in order to help students improve and highlight any areas that need extra attention.
