I like to make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible while using my students school curriculum.
I find in doing this my students progress quickly, retain knowledge, and have fun doing so!

My main area is with Biology. As a field of science, biology helps us understand the living world and the ways its many species (including humans) function, evolve, and interact. Advances in medicine, agriculture, biotechnology, and many other areas of biology have brought improvements in the quality of life. I want to help pass on my passion of biology to other students!

Lesson Format

The first time we meet you can tell me what you want to achieve through the 1:1 sessions with me. Examples I have had from past students include:

1. Getting a specific grade
2. Gaining better understanding of a specific topic
3. To find Science fun

After you have told me what your goal of the lessons are, I can formulate a lesson plan around your specified goal and what needs to be done to achieve your goal. For example - if you are aiming for a specific grade I would ask you to complete a relevant past paper. I would then mark the paper and see where/if there are any problem areas. Such as understanding what the question is asking you, technical knowledge and/or specific concepts that need working on.

As I said previously, my first lesson is free then £15 for the first two lessons (1 hour per lesson). If you decided to stick with me after the initial three weeks then it will be £20 per lesson. I can do online and face - to - face lessons.
