In my lessons new focus on topics that the student particularly struggles with or may find more difficult than others. We then go over it in greater depth where I clearly answer any questions students may have. We also follow the curriculum in which the students school uses so that would be helpful to share with me during the first lesson. For exercises we after I finish teaching a topic we go over some questions until the student consistency gets it right. If this doesn't happen straight away we then go back over the topic and identify any gaps in understanding. I have tutored my fellow peers during my time at school and helped them to achieve an A in SQA Higher Maths. this sparked my love for teaching and helping others seeing the difference it can make in a students academic life. I am currently studying Mathematics and Computer Science art the university of Edinburgh because of my love for maths and one of the main reasons was because of the fantastic teachers I had at school. know first hand how amazing teaching can completely make your academic experience so much better and that is my main reason for wanting to help others. I tutor maths up to A levels and can tutor science subjects up to GCSE.
