My name is Ivette and I am from Barcelona. I have more than 5 years of experience as a private tutor with kids from 5 to 12 years old. My approach to the lessons is aimed at learning Spanish in a practical way by establishing small routines that will ensure the success of the younger ones. The lessons will be dynamic and different strategies will be applied in order to obtain maximum retention of the contents.

The level of the lessons is designed to obtain an A1 level in Spanish. The knowledge obtained will provide a basic understanding of Spanish and the ability to communicate and express oneself in a simple manner. In order to achieve an A1 level in Spanish for a child, around 60 hours of lessons will be needed. That means almost two hours a week during the whole school year, but also a summer intensive course would do. The lessons will be scheduled depending on the student and carers' needs, being an option to schedule week to week or book for longer periods in advance.

For the long-term lessons the available days are from Monday to Sunday and the time will usually be after school ends (for special circumstances, mornings would be available too). For the half-terms and the summer intensive courses the available days will be from Monday to Friday.
