I am a resourceful and competent maths teacher with 2 years maths tutoring experience and 1 year of teaching maths to secondary school students. I communicates effectively, my classes are pretty engaging, which makes mathematics interesting and fun. I identify individual learning gaps and meet those needs. I Created and implemented maths lessons in areas such as Algebra, Calculus, Statistics.

I encourage students to look beyond the pages of a book and develop a knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving by breaking these mathematical problems into logical steps to solve them. I identify student weaknesses and also understand my student unique learning methods and tailor my lessons in meet the particular student’s need.

I establish and integrate clear learning objectives for all lessons, develop a lesson plan to ensure that these learning objectives and outcomes are met by the end of every class or session. My teachings are relatable as I demystify mathematical concept by relating these maths problems to the real world. Also recommend supplementary materials that can further break down the subject.

Solve a lot of examples as needed to ensure that my students adequately grasp every concept and also give class exercises and take-home assignments to help assess my students level of comprehension and track their performance and progress.

The testimony of most of my students is the same mathematics end up becoming fun and a piece of cake. Every fear and phobia for mathematics gone and they continue to improve and excel in the subject matter.
