Build total-body control with personalised classes that focus on areas where you may be holding imbalances or contortions. Through targeted movements, we’ll reprogram your muscles to move more fluidly and maintain balance in your body while strengthening your control over these movements.
In order to be able to move, train, and function properly, it's important to work on strengthening the muscles around the major joints in your body. I teach classes that will fortify your foundation with exercises to strengthen your ankles, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders.
