I structure my teaching by focusing on the explanation and analysis sides of the topics. Initially, I would explain the content required and then build that up by looking at multiple ways of completing the topic. I would have the students write up clear notes on one side of the book. Using that, I would then progress into answering topic questions on the other side, and structuring it to focus from simple to out-of-the-box styled questions, before ending with a recap.
