I have been teaching for 8+ years, I work in the NHS within the medical field. I had the privilege to travel to various places such as Morocco teaching. Fortunately, I have met numerous amount of fantastic individuals from different places around the world bringing different cultures and understanding of society. Over the years it has made me a better professional obtaining a wide range of interpersonal skills, and being innovative, and compassionate when engaging with many individuals from different areas of life.
Consequently, it is imperative to have good use of vocabulary, grammar and language to be transparent whilst interacting with colleagues and other professionals.
My teaching style is to express a relaxed but focused approach, structured with lesson content, adaptive, fun and challenging. This method would engage me as well as the student to learn together on this journey to become more knowledgeable, experienced and confident.
My main platform to teach would be PowerPoint presentations, and bullet point presentations alongside various interactive slides such as quizzes to attract engagement but also ascertaining how much has been retained. This would provide areas for improvement, feedback and a tailored approach for my students' needs.
