I prefer to structure my lessons around the needs of the student, although I have prepared a structure of lessons that can be taught to any student who may want to cover all units/topics. I combine the importance of exam technique and the relevant subject knowledge in order for the student to succeed in their examinations and complete their academic goals. My lessons are efficient and impactful, whilst providing independent practice/homework to support their progress outside of tuition sessions.

I am currently a Teacher of Mathematics and Science (Specialised in Physics) teaching students of ages between 11 and 18 in a high performing academy; although I am happy to take on work for KS1 and KS2. I am proud to be the first person to complete a dual PGCE (two subjects, Mathematics and Physics) in the country. I have completed my degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng), but jumped into the Education Sector due to the rewarding nature of the job and to create a more meaningful impact to other people’s lives (students and their families). From my studies to now, I always endeavour to gain and share the skills and knowledge to allow myself and others to provide a service that will contribute greatly to the world. I am well experienced, having taught in a wide range of schools in the past 6 years. This has been extremely beneficial as nothing can surprise me and I am prepared to help any student despite what their needs or circumstances may be. In terms of my personality, I am a hard-working individual, who perseveres for the right result using initiative thinking and good comprehensive skills. I take a team approach to tutoring, which consists of myself, the student and their family working together as one, as I believe this encourages the most amount of progress in students. I have yet to tutor a student that has not been able to be successful in reaching/surpassing their goals. I look forward to adding you to my long list of highly satisfied and grateful clientele. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
