Hello! My name is Isabella and I am a 17 year old sixth form student. I have tutored various different age groups, from ages 6 to 14 and have learnt that it is best to tailor each lesson to their specific needs. I will take requests to teach specific topics or, if they prefer, I will overview the entire specification. I will then provide practise questions that I will walk through and then provide support as they complete them individually. As I am about to be a year 13 student, I have recently completed my GCSE maths and received a grade 9, so I believe that I would be the best at teaching GCSE level, in comparison to other levels. If need be, I could teach year 12 (AS level) maths or year groups below GCSE level. Initially, I will have an in depth conversation with the student where we read through the different topics for their level and determine which they struggle with the most. I am available each evening and most weekends, so can work when needed. Both ad hoc and regular work well for me. I can also reliably commute to their homes or they can come to my house, I am also happy to complete the lessons online. I would love to tutor more students as it is my passion and it would be great experience for my future career.
