Becoming an Academy player is just as difficult as becoming a professional. The reason for this is coaches not having the patience in working with players individual needs. I strongly believe that building the players confidence and improving a positive mindset is the foundation of developing their footballing abilities.

I focus on slowly developing the players weakness and the result will boost their confident and they’ll be more open in trying things they wouldn’t usual do on the pitch due to lack of confidence.

I’m specialised and mentoring, ball mastering, passing and moving and the overall technical part of the game.
