I use formative and summative assessment. AFL strategies
I always come in classroom(both virtual and physical) prepared with lesson and all resources. I make Science fun for students where they never feel that they are studying. My passion is to bring below average students upto class level. I am very regular and punctual teacher and never take a day off. If I could not take class on time due to any emergency, I compensate it same day.
