Whilst my teaching background is in Dance I taught English communication skills to a Special Education Needs Primary for 6 months and after teaching 8 years to 3-year-olds through to 60+, I have developed many important skills such as patience, adaption, and organization.

Personally, for me a student learning style is very important for me to deliver a great session, therefore I prefer to understand your way of learning so I meet your needs and build lessons from there. The reason for this is that not everyone learns the same way and it's important for me to offer the right support within your learning.

Because I am a kinaesthetic learner (I like to watch then try; hands-on kinda person) I naturally fall into the Hybrid - Blended teaching style, therefore within my sessions there will be a variety of activities for your speaking, listening, and writing that way we are incorporating all areas of English, but don't worry there is a lot of room for mistakes to grow in your learning.

I understand the challenges that come with learning a language as I am currently learning to speak Spanish and teaching myself to write, read, and improve my speaking in Portuguese. Therefore, as a tutor, I will be here to help you with your learning journey through the challenges and the small wins along the way.
