Personally, I prefer one to one session so I can put my whole focus on one person. The duration of each session is going to be 1 hour and it can be held multiple times throughout the week. The content I am covering in my lesson is all about helping you to achieve your goals, to manage your time wisely, improve your studying skills, be less stressful or anything else you would like help with. I will have really open communication and active participation. My coaching style is very motivating that will benefit students and engage them to facilitate their growth. I am really adaptable with my lessons to the evolving needs and progress of each student. I create a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable discussing their goals, concerns and aspirations. I will also collect feedback from students to continually improve my coaching services. Given the flexibility and convenience of online learning, our sessions can take place via video calls or other digital platforms. I've adapted my coaching methods to ensure that you receive the same level of support and guidance online as you would in person.
