Teaching to me is something that not only is about teaching a student but also about refining my own skills as a person in communication and verifying information. It not only is progressive for a student but also improves a teacher in their content, so I strategise my teaching not prior but after consulting the specific student i am teaching as to match their pace and learning ability. I myself am a student too so i understand fully the shortcomings of a teacher experienced by a student and hence i teach with all of these factors in mind. Learning in my opinion and style of teaching is not only about cramming the content but also understanding it in a way that you remember the material and apply it when needed to develop a better understanding. I focus on teaching the content, making the class fun and concluding the topic with application through practice questions. The thing especially standing out in my teaching is that i make the student learn through active recall and spaced repetition both of these tools proved to improve exponentially the progress of my students and yielded great results. These techniques are scientifically proven to help in retention of content along with improved learning.
