As much as I appreciate living in a world that relies on technology and digital services, much of me is still attached to old school methods of teaching that involves classroom, textbooks and homeworks. I, therefore, strongly believe in passing that on to my prospective students who are promising achievers of tomorrow.
I would prefer to be updated about the classroom syllabus followed by their academic institutions and will then refer to textbooks in order to deliver my lessons. In addition to that, I believe in practice. Each student will be given undivided attention and will be thoroughly prepared on the subject matter through tests and feedback assessments.
Having spent almost 10 years or more in academic institutions I have managed to imbibe a few traits from my supervisors and colleagues. I have observed their teaching methods and how they manage to achieve their goals in time. In addition to working in a cutting edge laboratory, here, in the University of Glasgow I enjoy demonstration sessions and assisting project students with their undergraduate/master's thesis work. Moreover, I have had a few students in the past who sought assistance with assignments related to English and teaching/feedback assessment methods administered in schools and higher education institutions. I believe in the motto "knowledge shared is knowledge gained" and I cannot wait to learn more from my students and, in turn, give back my learning experience to all of them. Thanking you in advance, I remain.
