I have spent almost 2 decades developing and delivering soft skills internationally, with over 3 years spent working in the Cambodian context and over 8 years in the fast-paced startup world - developing and implementing amongst other things, systems, processes and agile methodologies to drive greater organisational output, efficiencies, resource maximisation and funding opportunities.

Some of my experience includes - people, talent & capacity development, education and TVET development (both curriculum development and delivery), M&E development & execution, data capture & analysis, behavioural change, organisational change management, course creation & creative writing, programme development, coaching and workshops.

I am passionate about helping individuals and companies to communicate more efficiently whilst developing and enhancing their Emotional intelligence skills. Developing self-awareness and learning how to self-regulate is crucial for relationship building and are essential skills in both your professional and personal life. My lessons are very practical and I love deconstructing ideas from psychology, behavioural science and neuroscience into small actionable steps you can apply straight away and see results.
