Lessons are personalised for the student needs. We will discuss areas you personally want to work on and I will base lessons on that. I prefer to see what you know first so I don't waste your time repeating things, and the commencing lesson will be part teaching, part discussion on the topic at hand. I prefer to not just stick to PowerPoint, but also to engage in a little bit of drawing, whether it be processes or structure of an important organ/organelle.

I have been a tutor for younger peers before and have experience in many areas of biology, including laboratory research. Therefore, I find it extremely useful and engaging to provide real world examples and applications to everything I teach in order for you to gain appreciation for the work of scientists before us and the importance of the biological processes we will be looking at.
