I aim to create an engaging and interactive learning environment in my lessons. I understand that every person is unique and has different learning styles, so I adapt to meet the needs of each individual.

The format of my lessons typically includes a combination of lectures, group discussions, case studies, practical exercises, and multimedia presentations. I believe in actively creating opportunities for learners to participate and apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.

The content of my lessons covers a wide range of psychology-related topics, including clinical and organisational psychology. Some key areas I focus on include employee motivation, stress and well-being, leadership styles, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and change management. I also incorporate the latest research and industry trends into my lessons, keeping the content relevant and up-to-date.

In terms of dynamics, I encourage open dialogue and critical thinking. I create a safe, inclusive space where learners feel comfortable expressing their ideas and perspectives. Active participation and discussion greatly enhance the learning experience and facilitate a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

As for my experience, I have a solid educational foundation with degrees in Law, Psychology, and ongoing MSc studies in Work and Organizational Psychology. I have also acquired certifications in neuroscience applicable to human behaviour, mental health first aid, and I am a member of CIPD and APA.
