My speciality as a tutor is making my lessons fun, effective, and easy to understand.
I try and find innovative ways of teaching even the most challenging concepts to ensure my students both comprehend and enjoy the learning.
Every student should be given a chance to succeed academically, and I adapt the structure and layout of each lesson to meet the student's needs and ability. I have experience teaching children with SPLD such as dyslexia and ADHD, chronic illness, or other difficulties and specific needs so am open to students of all abilities, genders and ages up to 18. Lessons can range from 0.5-2 hours depending on preference.
I have been tutoring since the age of 17, after achieving 7A*'s, 3A's and 1B at GCSE, and went on to achieve 3A*'s and an A at A-Level. I received offers to study at several top institutions including Imperial College London, University College London, and the Universities of Bristol, Manchester, Sussex and East Anglia. I went on to read Biology at Oxford University and am now starting a 4-year PhD at the Radcliffe Department of Medicine at Oxford University.
