Imogen West

I am a friendly and empathetic tutor. I will assess your needs and ability initially and then tailor our sessions to what I feel will suit you best from there.

I will make sure than I am patient and fair with you at all times in order to get the best from you and get you to where you want and need to be.

I am a native English speaker and I have a degree in English Language. I am fully qualified to be able to teach you the English language to a high standard.

My sessions will be an hour long.

In the first sessions we will establish my expectations of you and your expectations of me and get to know each other. We will discuss what we expect to cover in our future sessions. I will then find your current level of the language and we will establish a routine or how many sessions and how frequently you would like them moving forward.

At the beginning of each new sessions we will discuss what was learnt in the previous session, do a recap and answer any questions that you may have thought or since we last met.

There will be breaks held within each session for you to take a breather or get a drink or both.

At the end of each session we will recap everything learnt and establish where we want to move into in the next sessions.

Homework will be set and any questions will be answered.
