I will provide one to one tutoring, alongside a dynamic powerpoint with notes to take home at the end of each lesson. The tutoring will go at your pace so there’s no pressure to be a quick paced learner!
Each session we will dive into a subject you might be struggling with, and what about it you find difficult. Then, I will try to break it down and it explain the different components to you in a way that allows you to fully grasp the concept and access the tools necessary to apply your knowledge in exams.
I can also help you catch up with subjects you might have missed in your regular maths lessons. Or if there’s a subject you never quite understood, we can spend more time unpacking it as the lessons are completely tailored to your needs.
I struggled with mathematics at KS4, however later developed a love for it and achieved a Higher mathematics qualification in the International baccalaureate. I find that this allows me to understand better how to explain the concepts to a struggling student as I would have wanted them explained to me at that age.
