I am an educator with the experience of being a MIBs SEN TA (Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant) and hence, I have a lot of experience and a good understanding of the diversity of the learners in my tutoring sessions. My lessons are designed to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere in which every student feels that s/he is worth the effort and can achieve the desired results. I employ the patient and empathetic method which enables me to pay attention to each learner, consider their special abilities and disabilities and to give them individualized attention. My teaching strategies are different and interesting, and include the activities, multimedia resources, and hands-on experiences which make the comprehension and retention stronger. By developing the critical thinking skills and the self-confidence, I will be able to convince my students that the love for learning will be their lifelong commitment.
