As a lecturer, I have taught at a number of universities in the UK, US and Spain, and I have a longstanding experience in teaching Spanish, French and Basque language courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, both contact as well as ITT based and online.
I have also been and still am a visiting lecturer in various programmes at the University of Leeds and the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) --- where I am invited to teach, at the moment, a Postgraduate Module on post-Covid Diaspora Identities and Politics.
My experience as a lecturer ranges thus from teaching Languages and Area Studies such as Basque Cultural and Diaspora Studies, Hispanic Studies, Applied Linguistics and Philosophy of Language to Sociology and Social Policy as well as Design Studies.
I am also a published author of several books, papers, articles and collaborations in English, Basque, Spanish and French; and have a longstanding experience as an academic editor and publisher.
I really believe I can transfer my wealth of academic experience and knowledge into a variety of teaching contexts and the area studies mentioned above.
Finally, I am an old dog, certainly, but always open to learn new tricks. Trust you me.
