As someone passionate about teaching and learning, I aim to make my lessons engaging, supportive, and tailored to students’ needs. During my A-levels and GCSEs, I often helped my peers by explaining challenging concepts, running through practice questions, and sharing study tips, which developed my skills in simplifying complex material and making learning approachable. I am particularly experienced with the AQA exam board and am familiar with its specifications and requirements, which allows me to provide targeted guidance.

My lessons are structured to ensure students gain a thorough understanding of the subject. I typically begin by introducing or reviewing new content using PowerPoint presentations, making the material clear and easy to follow. From there, I focus heavily on active engagement, using a question-and-answer approach to solidify understanding and encourage critical thinking. I also integrate past papers into lessons, helping students familiarize themselves with exam-style questions and improve their confidence in tackling them.

Additionally, I assist with creating concise, effective notes and provide a range of resources to support independent study, ensuring students have all the tools they need to succeed.
