I am a seasoned Elementary teacher with over 4 years of teaching experience out of which I've been tutoring online for over a year. I make use of several techniques in my sessions like including breaks when necessary, catch up time and other approaches, some of which are:

Differentiated instructions to meet the diverse needs and abilities of my students.

Active learning which encourages students to participate and engage in the learning process through hands-on activities, discussions, and collaboration.

The use of visual aids like images, videos, graphs, to help students understand complex concepts and ideas

Incorporate technologies such as educational apps, interactive whiteboards, or online resources, to enhance learning and engagement.

Positive reinforcement: Providing feedback and praises to help students build confidence and motivate them to keep learning.

This format and teaching techniques can be modified and tailored to best meet the needs and learning styles of my students.
