I intend on teaching chess in a rigorous multifaceted manner. I intend on teaching students about the opening phase, middle game and endgame part of the game using various methods. I will largely be teaching students theoretical concepts followed by a lot of drilling as well as supporting students online. More specifically I intend on teaching the basic tactical motifs of the game such as skewers, backrank mate, x-rays, forks, pins, windmills, trapped pieces, revealed attacks, clearance sacrifices and many more.
GCSE Sciences: Biology, Chemistry and Physics
I also teach GCSE science one to one: I achieved As in my sciences and find the subjects intuitive and intend that to be the case for my students just like chess I intend to support students outside of the classroom with homework and answering questions.
AS Biology & As chemistry
In September I intend on tutoring both AS Biology and Chemistry these are the two a levels I sat during sixth form. These are the two subjects I am probably most comfortable teaching. I intend to charge £10 an hour and teach the subjects in a classroom setting hence the relatively cheap price If you would be interested please drop me a message if you would be interested.
I intend on tutoring the AQA AS level qualifications specifically using myriad of resources tailored to that specific examboard such as various revision notes, my own flashcards, various textbooks(aqa, cgp and calculations in a-level chemistry) so if you are interested please message me.
