I have developed several techniques to engage my students and carry out an objective assessment of topics. For example, I establish a bond of trust and respect between me and my students by demonstrating influential and positive attitudes and adopting inclusive sessions. I engage students by asking questions that will start an interactive discussion where every student is involved in the discussion and are allowed to ask questions, and this develop their self-confidence and critical thinking. I use my emotional intelligence to make my teaching environment very friendly and making sure the students are engaged and motivated. This gives them a unique motivational attribute to develop independently. I also make sure that I continuously develop and use appropriate evaluation and assessments that will engage students, making sure that students gain the necessary skills related to the module objectives.
