When I take on a new GCSE student I will need to know their level of understanding on the subject. I will do this by giving them a full GCSE past paper testing their understanding. Subjects that they answer incorrectly I will be covering them in the future lessons where topic tests will be given and we will be going through them question by question. Questions asked incorrectly I will be going step by step through the topic making sure the student fully understands the content. Every 5 weeks the students will be given a past paper testing their understanding and seeing how far they’ve come over the 5 weeks.
For younger students I will be going through the basic content needed to help them progress.

This structure used in my future tutor sessions will hopefully see improvements in the students progress making them pass and excel in their GCSEs
