I come from a strong educational background with a bachelor in English Language and Literature, and a master’s in Applied Translation Studies. I have previously worked closely with Ajnadeen Training Center in Jordan and dealt with students from different backgrounds. Managers, students etc. My main focus in teaching is showing my students who are scared to indulge into learning the language but don’t know how to or where to start. Taking them step by step in order for them to find themselves and start their endless learning journey. I say endless due to the progression an individual has to go through in order to reach a level of competence in the language, which in my opinion is the most rewarding thing about learning a new language. My love for teaching stems from the difficulties i faced growing up and playing video games. It was important to improve and i felt that at a young age. I decided to pursue a career in the language and challenge myself further. My motto in life is “ if someone else can, i also can.” And that’s the message i want to deliver to my students. It would be a great honour to teach and be there for others as teaching isn’t only a job you get paid for, but has a moral duty and a human value. That’s who i am and this is my short story, feel free to contact me if you have any more questions or if you are interested in finding out more.
