All my lessons are therefore tailored to your individual needs and can take various modes :-

Planning, Discipline and Motivation - getting over that first hurdle

Subject Knowledge - what you are expected to know from the specification that you may not have
understood from your teacher

Problem solving - alternative ways to find solutions, I will work through the problem with
you and show you my 'metacognition' how to learn to learn.

Exam Preparation - How to answer questions specifically to mark schemes (as an examiner I have
found some of the questions particularly difficult for students to access) I can
help unravel what is being asked.

Practical work - I have most the equipment needed to cover the CPAC part of your course and
therefore most practical experiments (no radiation) can be set up in your home by
myself (time dependant). This is also extremely important for your AQA paper 3 (in
my opinion the most difficult)

Additional support is available on an evening via telephone or email/ Teams etc... for fast response on specific issues that can't wait (as part of a monthly bundle).

I spent 2 years working for the Institute of Physics, teaching teachers how to teach and so I know that some of you have or are having a bit of a raw deal...
