My classes are personalized towards the individual interests and needs of my students. They cover topics like:
Music Theory, Music Production, Music Technology, Audio Engineering, Bass Guitar, and Basic Keyboard skills.
This holistic approach enables students to harness and master different technological tools and musical concepts to be put to use in whichever musical context they decide to embark upon.
Potential students can range from absolute Music Production beginners, to avid professional Music Producers looking to sharpen their technological skills or get a more solid grasp of Music Theory and Composition.
My classes are inspired by the Berklee College of Music curriculum, which emphasizes cultivating technical and technological expertise while deeply focusing on musical sensibilities, musicianship, and a creative approach characterized by experimentation.
I am proficient in software environments such as Ableton Live and Reaper, a wide gamut of Audio Plugins, along with deeper Audio and Music Programming tools like Max MSP and Max for Live. This considered, the concepts learnt in my lessons can be applied in any other DAW or Software Environment related to music. In a few lessons, you will be up and running and familiar with cutting-edge music-making tools to employ in your musical ventures.
The classes' technical dimension is complimented with my knowledge and appreciation of a very wide range of musical traditions. I have a solid grasp of Jazz Harmony, Electronic Music Sound Design and Mixing, and understand the sonic signatures of very diverse music genres from all over the world.
