Humaira Mujib

I have a master’s degree in management and business administration from the University of Bath. I have done PGCE in Business education, got a certificate in CABs and my application for FHEA is in the process of evaluation. I am quite hopeful that I will get it.

I have more than 10 years of experience teaching in higher education. My most recent job is at Oxford Business College where I have taught different models from level 3 to 6. I have supervised the thesis for level 6 students and carried out tutorials and workshops to help them in their degree. Apart from face-to-face teaching at OBC. I am teaching managerial courses online at a private university in Sri Lanka. I have taught various Business and English language courses online to varied international students.

I am an experienced and dedicated teacher, whereby, teaching is my passion. I believe in students centric approach to teaching and consider my role to be that of a mentor and facilitator. As a facilitator, I try to bring the best out in my students, so they develop the confidence needed in today’s highly competitive world. As a mentor, I help them grow in their academic and future life. I am confident that my skills and experience make me an excellent fit for this position.
