Hugo Hamilton

Hi there, I'm Hugo, a university student based in Sheffield, England studying Ecology & Conservation, in other words, the importance of protecting and maintaining key environments and ecosystems. I've had to get to where I am now through taking Biology GCSE and A-Level, and had plenty of help in the process, something I used to feel ashamed of, but now realise is a sign of strength rather than weakness. I know from first-hand experience the struggles met studying Biology, whether that be in class or at home. With so many key terms and processes needing full understanding, no wonder you get lost in your own thoughts, as the pressure and stress of the upcoming exam slowly kick in. My aim as your tutor will be to help break things down for you, from advanced mechanisms to step-by-step procedures, and give you tips on how to do so more confidently and effectively for the future. I will also advise you on how to use key terms like a true scientist and how to best remember them for future assignments. I have tutored in person before, have been tutored myself and now currently work as a part-time tutor on another platform so am fully aware of its importance in education and the field of learning. Being able to tutor on this platform, as well as continue my work on another platform and help those who need it most is a real privilege of mine that I look forward to sharing with you :)
