I have been teaching English on Italki and off Italki for 7 years, working with children, teenagers, and adults to meet their specific English needs. When it comes to adult learners, I only teach women. I combine practical business English with everyday language skills to ensure you thrive in any scenario. My lessons start with an introduction of what we’re going to learn, followed by pre-vocabulary before any video, reading, or listening material. Afterward, we discuss what we’ve read, listened to, or watched, and I ask a series of comprehension questions to encourage students to share their ideas. I identify any gaps in their abilities and help them overcome these challenges. I also check their basic skills to ensure a solid foundation. The first lesson focuses on understanding what students want to achieve, and as we progress, I tailor the lessons to address their specific needs.

I like to keep a notebook where I jot down common mistakes, correct them, and check at the beginning of the next lesson to see if the student remembers. I dedicate 15 minutes to grammar, but this can vary depending on the student's preferences. However, if there is a consistent mistake, I ensure we recap the relevant grammar rule before moving on. My lessons are all about taking the student to the next level.

I believe learning should be engaging and enjoyable, which is why I strive to make my lessons interactive and fun. From role plays to games, I use various teaching methods to keep you motivated and excited about learning. I teach online, utilizing different mediums such as news articles, videos, novels, worksheets, PowerPoint slides, role plays, and textbooks. I have many positive reviews from satisfied students.
