If you are reading this info that means you are ready to explore the world of new culinary adventures. You might be a novice cook who doesn't even know how to boil eggs or someone who knows how to cook but wants to create professional chef-level meals. I welcome you to train with me regardless of your expertise and I promise we will get you better at the skill and you will be unstoppable.
My goal as your cooking tutor will be to guide you to be more confident in your abilities and give you a skillset to cook any dish you desire. I am a self-taught chef. I used to be a novice cook and because I like to enjoy eating different dishes/cuisines, I learned how to make them.
One thing you need to accept however is that, you will fail a lot! I used to work as a professional chef and yet I used to mess up my dishes on several occasions. So! It's okay, I have even seen chefs who have been in the restaurant industry for more than 25 years make foolish mistakes. The key is to learn from mistakes and try not to repeat them next time. Although, at home you are spending your own money, resources and time so it might seem a bit daunting. I understand! I have committed food waste at home myself more often than I would like. Luckily, I have learned from my mistakes and I have quite a few tricks up my sleeves to minimize failures.
The course structure for my course includes both theory and practical guides. I am flexible to adjust the course according to your needs, preferences or special requests.
