The usual format that I use were the following:
- I introduced my name to them first.
- Second, I present an energetic activity to start up their lessons with me.
- I always reminded my students that there’s no wrong answers. I allowed them to express their ideas, feelings and their needs in which help them to build strong relationship and connection.
- Respect each other opinion and I reinforced rules and processes in my lessons.
When teaching students, I encouraged them to speak up their thoughts, set an example to help them understand more about the topic. It’s always a student-centered approach and I used a variety of teaching methods to engage students and adapt to their changing needs.
I always believe that a students has different abilities to learn. I possessed patience in teaching as it is one of the requirement to make my lessons more effective. I aim for interactive lessons and use multiple activities to achieve learning objectives.
In my experienced of teaching, I always set a learning objectives, materials for learning to my students. This helps them to understand more in my lesson. I also support my students to become more competent.
The usual parts of my lesson is assessment. I always assessed or checked my students understanding, evaluate their learnings and provide them feedback if the standard of my lessons meet their needs and how they will be able to do at the end of the lesson.
